How It Works
- Call or text (317) 434-1720 with a short description of the problem.
- We confirm the details and the emergency rate before heading out, and you approve it first.
- On site, we diagnose the issue and restore service where possible. Replacement parts are billed separately and may need to be sourced the next business day.
Emergency Rates
$150 call-out fee + $225/hr
2-hour minimum. Materials are billed separately. Payment is due at the time of service (card, Zelle, or cash). We confirm the rate with you before we head out.

What counts as an emergency?
Problems that can’t wait until morning: network or WiFi outages, router and switch failures, UPS and backup power problems, and security camera or NVR downtime.
How much does after-hours service cost?
A $150 call-out fee plus $225 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Materials are billed separately. We confirm the rate with you before we head out.
Will everything be fixed the same night?
We diagnose the problem and restore service where possible. If a part has failed, replacement parts are billed separately and may need to be sourced the next business day.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card, Zelle, or cash.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Indianapolis and the surrounding area, based on the south side of the city. A trip fee applies beyond 20 miles. See our service areas for the full list.
